We ship to all countries. If you are not able to checkout please message us and i will check.
Shipping Disclaimer:
We ship our items in Recycled card Eco Pak Envelopes and Recycled card boxes. These are printed with designs and stickers printed with vegetable ink and consumables. Delicate Items are wrapped in tissue paper and tied with wool and string. All items are recyclable. Please recycle or reuse your packaging.
Item Exchanges
If you need to return an item to us the packaging is reusable. You are welcome to return an item to exchange for a different size as long as it has not been especially handmade and customised for you. Email or whatapp me on the details above and i will arrange a free return label for you if you are based in Spain. Outside of Spain you are welcome to exchange the item you will just need to pay the Return Shipping.
Refunds
As a small business with most items handmade or made to order I do not accept refunds. You are welcome to exchange any full price items, sale items or those bought with a discount code for another item or a credit voucher to use online.
If there is a suitable alternative size available you are always welcome to contact me to arrange an exchange for a different size or for a credit voucher to use on another item. Email or whatapp me on the details above and i will arrange a free return label for you to exchange the item if you are based in Spain. Outside of Spain you are welcome to exchange the item you will just need to pay the Return Shipping. (Any item with I do decide to refund as an exception, only the cost of the Items will be credited. I am not able to refund the original postage costs. )
